The real problem

You have tried everything.
Alone.

You got the diagnosis. You got a prescription. You got sent home.

Everything since then — the diets, the supplements, the tracking, the googling at midnight — you figured out yourself. Nobody has been in your corner every single day asking: how did yesterday actually go?

And here is what nobody tells you about PCOS: the information was never the problem. You have the information. What has been missing is daily, consistent support for the part of you that keeps reverting — the mind running old patterns, the nervous system defaulting to survival mode, the thoughts that send you back to the fridge at 10pm even when you know better.

Your PCOS body lives in dysregulation every single day. A weekly coaching session — or a monthly doctor's visit — cannot interrupt a daily pattern. Only daily support can.

Personal trainers understood this a long time ago. They meet you every day because they know the body needs that frequency to change. Nobody has applied that same logic to your mind — until now.

This is the first daily mindset coaching intensive specifically designed for PCOS women. Not another food plan. Not another supplement protocol. Daily work on the thinking that drives everything else.

Your nervous system has been running on survival mode for years.

PCOS is not just hormonal. It lives in your nervous system.

Insulin resistance drives blood sugar swings. Blood sugar swings trigger cortisol. Cortisol keeps you in fight-or-flight. And a body in fight-or-flight reaches for sugar, avoids discomfort, numbs with food, snaps at the people it loves, and lies awake at 2am with a brain that will not stop.

You cope the way most PCOS women cope — food, scrolling, overgiving, people-pleasing, pushing things to tomorrow. Not because you are weak. Because your nervous system learned these patterns a long time ago and it does not know another way yet.

Here is what I have seen after 15 years as an OBGYN and years of coaching PCOS women: the body starts to regulate when the mind does. Fewer cravings. More consistent energy. Calmer moods. Better sleep. Cycles that begin to find their rhythm again. It starts with the thinking — every single day.

This is not about willpower. This is about rewiring — and rewiring requires repetition. Daily repetition. Your brain lays down a new pathway every single time it gets coached. Twenty sessions in one month means twenty interruptions to the pattern that has been running for years.

How it works

Simple. Structured. Daily.

01

You show up — exactly as you are

A few minutes of reflection before the call is ideal — what worked, what didn't, what you want to address. If you arrive unprepared or overwhelmed, we start from where you are. No judgment. No pressure.

02

If you are in emotional pain — we go there first

Some days the craving won. The self-criticism is loud. You feel like you failed again. We do not push past that. We stabilise you first. Unprocessed emotional pain will sabotage any plan — so we deal with it before we touch the goal.

03

We identify the thinking that drove the pattern

Using the CTFAR model — Circumstance, Thought, Feeling, Action, Result — we trace exactly what happened in your mind. The thought underneath the craving. The belief underneath the avoidance. We find it. We work with it.

04

We reset for the next 24 hours

You leave with one clear, actionable thought to carry into the next day. Not a list. Not homework. One thing. Small enough to actually do. Repeated enough to actually stick.

05

We repeat until the pattern changes

Repetition is the mechanism of change. We are building new neural pathways — and that requires consistent, deliberate practice. Not occasional insight. Not a one-time breakthrough. Daily work.

One goal. Everything it touches.

Most PCOS women come in with a food or body goal — and discover it is connected to everything. We work on what you bring, and follow it wherever it leads.

Common goals
  • Emotional eating and food obsession
  • Sugar cravings and binge-restrict cycles
  • Body image and self-criticism
  • Stress patterns and coping mechanisms
  • Sleep disruption and late-night eating
  • Exercise avoidance and the start-tomorrow loop
  • The all-or-nothing pattern around food
What tends to shift
  • Cravings lose their grip — gradually, then suddenly
  • The inner critic gets quieter
  • Energy becomes more predictable
  • Sleep improves as stress regulation improves
  • Exercise feels less threatening
  • The "start tomorrow" pattern begins to break
  • You begin to trust your own body again

The healthcare system is there for your worst case. I am here for your best case — the version of you that is possible when your mind and your body finally work together.

Right fit

This is designed for a specific woman.

This is for you if

  • You have PCOS and have been managing it largely alone
  • You are stuck in a food or body pattern you cannot seem to break
  • You suspect your thinking is driving your behaviour — but you cannot catch it on your own
  • You are ready to show up every weekday for one focused month
  • You want a physician who also understands your mind — not just your hormones
  • You are done doing this alone

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for a medical treatment or prescription
  • You are not available to show up consistently for a month
  • You are looking for a therapist or trauma specialist
  • You want advice on multiple goals at once
  • Your daily follow-through is already working well

Two lenses.
One approach.

Most coaches have one lens. I bring two — and that changes everything about how I work with PCOS women.

Rx

OBGYN Physician · 15+ years

I have treated thousands of PCOS-related complications in women. I understand the physiology — the insulin resistance, the cortisol, the hormonal cascade that drives cravings, mood swings, and exhaustion. I understand the body the mind lives in.

Master Certified Life Coach · The Life Coach School

Certified by Brooke Castillo's Life Coach School in the CTFAR thought model. Former contract coach for the GetCoached membership. I know what it takes to change a deeply practiced pattern — and why once a week is often not enough.

I do this work myself — every day

I have a therapist, a mindset coach, and a fitness coach. I get coached on my own patterns daily. I am not teaching from theory. I am teaching from things that work for me — and from knowing exactly how hard this work is, and exactly how possible it is.

I will not give up on you

I will show up for you every weekday. I will be kind so you don't feel the pressure. I will hold space for you to share anything. And I will hold the belief that you will get there — even on the days you don't believe it yourself.

Investment

One month. One goal.
Full commitment — from both of us.

This intensive requires genuine commitment on your side — and mine. I show up for you every single weekday. In return, I ask that you show up too.

I keep availability limited. I take on a small number of intensive clients at a time, and I will only offer this for as long as I can maintain the quality it requires.

On this call we confirm your goal, answer your questions, and make sure this is the right fit before you commit to anything.

There is no guarantee you will reach your goal in one month. What I can promise is that you will get meaningfully closer — and at the end of the month, we assess together whether to continue, reduce to weekly sessions, or graduate you entirely. We decide based on where you actually are.

Answered directly.

No. This is mindset coaching — focused on the thought patterns, daily habits, and emotional responses that affect how you manage your PCOS. It is complementary to — not a substitute for — medical care. Please continue working with your doctor alongside this coaching.

Yes — and daily coaching is particularly well-suited to ADHD. The 24-hour cycle means you never have to hold a plan for longer than one day at a time. We work with your nervous system, not against it.

The explicit goal is the opposite: to build your capacity to coach yourself. We start with high-frequency support and systematically reduce it as your internal skills strengthen. The endpoint is that you no longer need me for this.

That is exactly what the daily format is designed for. You cannot fall off for more than 24 hours before someone is there to help you back. The recovery speed is the whole point.

Yes — with your consent, I can send you a summary after each session. So whenever the old pattern tries to come back, your exact coaching is already in your inbox ready to use.

At the end of the month we assess honestly together. We may continue for another intensive month, move to shorter daily check-ins, transition to weekly coaching, or you may not need ongoing support at all. There is no automatic renewal. We decide based on where you actually are.

Absolutely. The nervous system work, the thought patterns around food and body, the daily emotional regulation — these are as relevant in perimenopause as at any other stage. Calmer moods, fewer hot flash triggers, better sleep, less emotional reactivity — all of this is within reach.

Your brain changes
every single time
it gets coached.

Imagine that happening every 24 hours for a month — with someone who understands your PCOS body and your mind. Who will you be at the end of it?
